Adequate funding for California’s schools will help accomplish our mission of providing each student with 21st century skills, implementing the Common Core, and providing the necessary professional development to teachers and administrators to achieve learning goals. Reform of the state’s funding formula could empower local educators and help our schools better meet the needs of disadvantaged students.
