Aspiring Educational Leaders Institute

This intensive thirteen session institute for aspiring educational leaders has been completely redesigned to meet the challenges of the new millennium and the standards for CCTC’s Professional Clear Administrative Services Credential nonuniversity programs. The focus is on the development and refining of applied instructional and operational leadership and management skills. These are skills required of all educational leaders regardless as to whether or not they are new to positions, veteran educational leaders, or are aspiring to educational leadership roles.

The ACSA Aspiring Educational Leaders Institute provides leadership theory for aspiring and new educational leaders, and provides the practical application of those theories from experienced educational leaders who will provide valuable, current information and materials to participants to assist them in being successful at all educational leadership levels.

The institute offers instruction over three months with thirteen sessions, three sessions one weekend per month, Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturday during the day. The extensive course syllabus & materials provided to participants are not only exceptional resources for the educational leader, but also as an excellent tool for on-going reference and career planning.

ACSA Aspiring Educational Leaders Institute may be used to meet a portion of the 120 hours of non-university work, if accepted by your college or university. In order to assist you with this, ACSA will provide a letter signed by the institute director and ACSA’s Executive Director, to be submitted to your college or university, indicating that you have upon completion of the institute, received 35 hours of non-university work.
