This is a 4-day course that provides training and hands-on practical experience in facilitating a strategic planning process. Taught by one or more Cambrian Associates, the course provides theory, explanation, demonstration, and critique in the process and discipline outlined in the best-selling book, Strategics: The Art and Science of Holistic Strategy, by Dr. Bill Cook. Once trained, participants have served as the lead facilitator in very small districts or as the internal coordinator in larger districts.
