Women are underrepresented in all areas of school leadership. Let’s work together to level the playing field.

The Women in School Leadership Forum is the premier networking and educational experience designed to engage, enlighten, empower and connect women education leaders.

Women come together to honor the diverse and rich strengths that make us bold and courageous leaders for the students and communities we serve. Session content addresses relevant topics within the education field and provides practical tools and resources for attendees to implement at work right away.

The event offers an inclusive space that brings together women in the education profession, women in leadership positions, and women leaders seeking to advance their career for a multi-day event focusing on leadership, diversity and empowerment.

I don’t think that I’ve ever felt so empowered before by other strong female educators. … So many people have been pulling me aside and being like, you got this. You can do this. It’s really cool to grow that capacity and know, wow — there’s so many strong women behind me.”

Felicia Iglesias, Assistant Principal

[I appreciated] the professionalism but also the approachability of the speakers and the presenters. Everybody’s just has been so welcoming — it’s an amazing feeling.
