Share Your Expertise at an ACSA Conference

Do you have a promising practice thats making a difference in your school or district?

Don’t keep it to yourself — share it as a presenter at one of ACSA’s professional development conferences.

Presenting offers the opportunity to:

  • Share your experiences and best practices with your colleagues.
  • Add to your professional portfolio.
  • Collaborate with like-minded educators.
  • Build your influence as an expert in your field.

Proposals are generally accepted by strand and/or in alignment with the overall theme of the conference, which are included on the submission form.

In your proposal, be sure to:

  • Include clear, measurable learning outcomes.
  • Build in interactive elements so participants can practice what they’re learning.
  • Use examples, evidence, or data to show that what you are doing is making a difference.
  • Connect your session with a specific strand or the conference theme.
  • Focus on practical strategies that can be applied in districts or schools.

ACSA regularly seeks presenters for its conferences. Check back here for open calls for proposals, watch for CFP notices in EdCal and on social media, and sign up to receive updates on the events that interest you.
