Having an issue making a payment?

Payment Received, Invoice Still Unpaid?

Sometimes your credit card payment goes through successfully, but your invoice may not immediately show as "Paid."

  • If the charge appears on your credit card account, your payment was received.
  • The invoice status should update within 24 hours.
  • If your invoice still isn’t marked as paid after 24 hours, please contact us at memberservices(at)acsa.org.

What to Do If Your Payment Doesn’t Go Through

Here are some common reasons your credit card payment may have failed and ideas to fix it:

  • Card expired: Double-check the expiration date.
  • Incorrect details: A typo in the card number, CVV, or billing address can cause a decline. Check for extra spaces!
  • Bank security block: Your bank may flag the transaction as suspicious.
  • Temporary network issues: Sometimes it's just a glitch—trying again might work.
  • Browser Cache: Your browser might be interfering with the payment process. Clear your cache or try switching to a different browser or device.
  • Card information auto populates: Try manually entering your card
